Happiness!

Hola!!!

Yo! Ketemu lagi sama Kiki si Alien kece, uyeeh!
Kali ini aku akan nulis artikel tentang dan rasa terima kasih ku terhadap apa yang aku miliki dan apa yang aku dapatkan selama ini, dan aku juga akan memberi kamu 12 tips gimana caranya bisa bahagia.

I want to start this article with my gratitude journal.

- Everyday
I am grateful for my brother and sister, because they are always supports me, take cares of me, play with me until now. Sometimes, they are teach me about english, game and anything else.


They always tell me about their experience and how to survive in this world. After listen their experience I can take the value of it, and it can make me become a better person.

- February 23,2017 
I am grateful today because I can join the socialization about nationalism. I could learn to be more loving Indonesia, in the socialization, they teach us that we must always love Indonesia if we wanted we always safe, and about how dangerous drugs, and I am so happy join the socialization.

- February 26,2017
I am grateful today because I am not sick after practice dancing. I am so tired today, because it is a new dance  that I never learned before. I think it is very hard dance, we must totally give our energy to practice the dance, and during practice the dance, sometimes I fall down, and it was so hurt.

This is 12 ways that can make you happy.

  1. Positive Thinking and being grateful.
  2. Optimism or see the bright side.
  3. Stop comparing and judging against others.
  4. Random kindness.
  5. Work on frienship or relationship.
  6. Learn how to deal with hard times.
  7. Forgive.
  8. Do things you love as much as you can.
  9. Savour the joy in life.
  10. Commit to your goals and take action.
  11. Practice spirituality.
  12. Take care or your mind, body and soul.
